Affordable online counselling for adults over 18 in the UK
At Azure Dragonfly Counselling we understand that everyone is different, and each of us has a unique view of ourselves and the world in which we live. To us every person is valued, every story is valid, and every personal journey is just as important as the next. This means every therapy session is unique, and must be tailored to meet each client's individual counselling needs. Our aim is to help clients celebrate their individuality, unlock their potential and to achieve their personal goals.

About me and my practice
I work with clients who are experiencing issues such as anxiety and depression, personality and identity issues, and chronic illness. I also support clients who are going through various life transitions, problems, and experiences relating to work, home, family and relationships.
I believe that counselling can transform lives - helping us to manage difficult emotions, negotiate challenging life experiences, and change unwanted behaviours. Counselling can open our eyes to new possibilities, boost our confidence, resilience and self-esteem, and improve our mental health and physical wellbeing. With the right therapeutic relationship counselling has the capacity to be life-changing.
Counselling is not about being given a solution to a problem, it is a process. As your counsellor I am here to listen, to support, and to accompany you as we navigate through the process together.
